The tang hoon crab is delicious. Crab meat is form and the tang hoon is not soggy

Despite us starting our dinner abt an hour after delivery, the dish was till very good . Nicely seasoned and not too salty! The crab was meaty too. Forgot to snap pictures of the sumptuous spread that we ordered 😅
