Chilli crab is a bit too spicy and oily for me. Pepper crab is superb. Both crabs (1-for-1 promo) are of excellent quality and bigger than expected. Seafood fried rice is delicious. Vege with three eggs is normal. Food delivered at 8.20pm (for 8 to 9pm slot) - warm and ready to eat.

Would rank my crabs the best being chill crab then salted egg crab then white pepper and lastly the bee hoon The crab was fresh and the sauces were very yummy (except the bee hoon crab we felt it’s quite 1 dimensional and a little salty will not get this one again)

Ordered 4 crabs and thought having the flexibility to choose a flavour is great! Black pepper was our favourite, it was fragrant and there was enough sauce to go with the crab meat. The salted egg sauce exceeded our expectations, it was thick, creamy and delicious! The crabs were fresh and would definitely order again to try their bigger crabs!

Ordered 2 large crabs under the 1-for-1 promotion. 1 crab’s meat was a little soft while the other was ok. Overall, was very tasty - we had a tang hoon one & a ginger spring onion one. Have ordered again, 2 new flavours this time! Hope both crabs have firm meat 🤞🏼

Bought 2 crabs (1-1) medium for my buddy's birthday treat-Pepper & Chilli each. Didn't know that my buddy doesn't eat pepper or perhaps never eaten pepper crab before as its not her preference. But to her own surprise, she delightfully finished up to the very last drop. Not only the chef deserves the compliment, Jason the manager was very attentive and helpful throughout my order experience. Overall, very impressed and I'm placing my 2nd order today for myself! First time order and went for the 1-for-1 crab promotion. Ordered one chilli crab and one salted egg crab. The crabs are fresh and succulent. The chilli sauce is hot and spicy. Shiok! The salted egg sauce, however, is a tad less flavourful. Would order the chilli crab again, and maybe try the black pepper crab next time round.

My family adores crabs and orders them on a weekly basis. I must say, this establishment is undoubtedly one of the finest I've had the pleasure of trying. The crabs are incredibly fresh, meaty, and flavorful. Their signature crab bee hoon is also delectable. I will certainly continue to order from them in the future. Keep up the excellent work!

The Chili Crab is Spicy and the Meat Are Big. The Chili Crab is Juicy and Fresh! The Cereal Is Well Fried with the Crab Giving it A Great Cereal Sweetness and Fragrance from Every Bite of the Crab. My first time order KaiXin, I thought order in weekdays and choose 7-8pm will be fine and will arrive on time but I’m wrong (my order arrived 8:15pm) and both crabs were cold but no choice for to eat to prevent late dinner. In additional, website should have an order or delivery status or a notification when delivery is out. The good! Both chili crab and black pepper crab (ordered an 1 for 1 extra extra large) not disappointed me. Both were delicious and crabs also fresh. Will order if we want to crabs, I learn and will choose early time slot hopefully my next order will deliver on time. *sorry don’t know why can’t upload photos..

My first order with Kai Xin for 1 for 1 crab. I had the black pepper crab and steamed crab. Both crabs were very fresh. The black pepper crab was a tad spicy, although I had requested for it be less spicy. Nonetheless, it's all good. Looking forward to my next crab session with Kai Xin.

Reasonable value for money. Both Chili Crab and salted egg crab were tasty, though this might have been heightened with other things added to the mix (such as hackit used to have with sweetcorn, clams, mussels, etc). Arrived too early and thus not hot at dinner time.

Got the 1-1 Large Crabs (700-800g). Meaty crabs so price to quality value is there, though strangely one pincer had meat that was very shrunken. It would also have been good if the crabs they have had a female one - both were male. Another thing is the WhatsApp chat could be more responsive as our queries were answered at all until we had already received our order. Overall, will order again if I want chilli crab. The Chili crab sauce was really delicious - spicy and flavourful. Found a new addition to our "top" best Chilli Crab list! Creamy salted egg version was also very decent too.

Kai xin came up on top when i searched chilli crab delivery and decided to take a chance. I didnt even read reviews prior to ordering and was more than pleasantly surprised. Food came well within the time i selected, and was still hot, compared to a particular M fast food chain whose food was delivered to me COLD yesterday. Not even warm. Back to the crabs. Ordered chilli and spring onion flavours. Both were good. Crabs were fresh and well cooked. Will definitely order again.

Crabs meat are succulent and sweet. Both chilli crab and black pepper crab tasty. Prefer the latter. Crab size for 600-700g looks smaller than I imagined, but was adequate for 1 person. Mantou bit soft. would prefer more crusty buns.

Ordered 1 for 1 crab promotion, Chili and Black Pepper crab (XL). The delivery time was within the chosen timing, crab was still warm and the flesh was firm. The taste was good except that the chili gravy a bit too starchy. Overall I would give a thumb up. Hope to have the same standard for the next order.

Had ordered both the chilli crab and salted egg crab and glad that the crab was big, fresh and yummy. The chilli crab sauce was enough to go for more dippings with the fried mantou. The fried mantou was crispy outside and yet soft and fluffy inside. The salted egg crab was thick and delicious too. Will order again next time. This is our go-to place if we want to have delicious crabs sent right to our doorstep, and have the luxury of eating in our own house! Chilli crab sauce is sooo good, you must order this always together with the mantao. Black pepper has an interesting taste and the butter salted egg yolk is our second favourite flavour! What a satisfying meal! Bought the chilli crab and salted egg flavour, which did not disappoint. The crab size (800-900g each) is a good amount to share between two pax, and the crab is full of juicy meat. It was my first time ordering from crabs delivery and ordered a number of dishes for a birthday celebration. Boy, it wasn’t disappointing at all! The food was great and everyone loves it. The chilli crab was slightly on the spicy side but I guess it voice down to personal preference. Other then that, the black pepper crab and curry fish head was top notch. In fact, if you are looking for a bigger crab, get the large ones as I order the medium ones but it’s good enough for 4 - 5 pax depending on the number of dishes you will be ordering. No comments on the mantou as its normal like how other restaurants are serving. Definitely one of my top selection when comes to ordering crabs and zhi char in future. Keep up the standards always CRABSDELIVERY! You have my support!

Good first Kai Xin experience for me! Order a combination of dishes for 8pax. Requested for earlier delivery timing, and my request was duly obliged. Excellent customer service. Crab dishes were fresh and good. One feedback though: As we ordered extra-extra large crabs and do not have special tools for eating crabs, it would have been great if the huge crabs claws were “cracked” properly for ready consumption. Taste wise, chilli crab sauce was ok, it was lacking a certain tartness, a little flat on taste; butter crab was good, right on taste! Nevertheless, what really matters ultimately is the freshness of the crabs. I ordered from another online crabs shop, taste was excellent but crabs not so fresh, very upset. Thanks seller for selling fresh crabs!

Our first time trying the crabs from Kai xin. The crabs was great! Especially love the creamy salted egg sauce. The chilli crabs is wonderful too. We basically have no complaints over the quality of our first try.

Even though my crab order was delivered incorrectly, 2 black pepper instead of 1 black pepper and 1 butter sauce, the crabs were fresh and juicy. The black pepper sauce was extremely delicious. We are definitely ordering again!

It was my first order, so I was naturally skeptical. I was proven wrong, the 2 medium size crabs I ordered was super meaty and not like those that have the meat shrunk and full of water. The shell was also rather thin so made cracking it so much easier. The chilli crab gravy was amazing, full of flavour and aroma. I will be a repeat customer !

Ordered 1-1 prom, chilli and pepper. Food arrived on time, but they missed out the mantou. However they manage to re-send it. Crabs was of decent size and tasted good and it was meaty. Preferred the pepper than chilli. Will order again?

The crab delivery was earlier than the scheduled time. Ordered both steam and salted egg flavour. Overall both crabs are ok. It would be better if the salted egg sauce is more flavoury and thicker to enhance the taste of the crab. The pincers are bigger than I expected! Would recommend for this for crab feast! ?

Would have given full 5 star even wasn't because of the late delivery past arranged timeslot. Food was slightly cold when reached. However, the crabs were fresh and tasty even when slightly cold. Will order again!

The delivery was slightly late but I was informed beforehand, which I appreciate. Ordered the chilli and black pepper crabs with mantou, the sauce was totally wiped up with those mantous. We even made extra toasts. I esp love the black pepper sauce. It was slightly sweet and very aromatic. This 1-for-1 offer is worth it.

Enjoyed the chilli crab sauce, and the steamed crab had very substantial amount of tasty egg white! amazing! generally good! 1 crab was good. however for the chilli crab, strangely, 1 whole claw was mushy. Will recommend the speedy service and good dishes!

Ordered the 1 for 1 promotion for 2 crabs @ $126.90. Crabs were nice and juicy. Maybe can take away the delivery fee option ($10) from the check out when the user has already reached $100 for the free delivery. I blur blur still select the $10 delivery fee even though my order is more than $100. Overall, first time and will return for more. Thank you.

Ordered 2 extra extra large chilli crabs. The meat is fresh and solid, the princers are huge but the meat of 2 princers shrinked. Need to crack the princers a bit more to make it easier to take out the meat.

The shells of both the black pepper crabs and salted egg crabs were sooo thin n the meat was solid n totally fresh. The sweetness, pure sweetness. Salted egg crab came with a lot of yummy creamy sauce which other shops do not usually offer. Mantou, yummy. Everything arrived hot and in neat and clean packaging. Def will order again!

Hi , i ordered the 1 for 1 promotion 1 kg crab yesterday 。Delivery was slightly too early but ok 。Crabs were very fresh and well cooked 。Would suggest to be more generous with the gravy ( mine was steamed and salted egg ) 。Also , find that one crab was much smaller than the other 。Anyway my family was happy and we had a good dinner 。Keep up the good work ! Ordered both salted egg, received still hot.. Both crab got one of its pincer shrink to half size (photo shown). But overall the crab meat were quite fresh, maybe will order again if next time still have good promotion.

I ordered the 1-for-1 crab promotion and pineapple fried rice at 5pm on 12-Jan-21. The food delivered at 7:20pm still hot and all packed nicely. The crabs were very fresh, loved the chili crab sauce which is very good. Pineapple rice had a lot of ingredients, prawns, squid and fish slices... Will order other dishes or the tang hoon crab or black pepper crabs in future.
