Ordered 4 set of double happiness for a gathering. Crabs were fresh & tasty. The chili crab was on the spicy side, good for adults. The salted egg sauce was smooth and creamy. The black pepper was good too! Delivery was punctual.

I’ve tried crab deliveries from ah hua Kelong, 8 Crabs and take out crabs from house of seafood. They didn’t come close to Kai Xin Crabs. Kai Xin Crabs appear to be in a league of their own. We ordered 2 extra large steamed crabs and it was exquisite. Fresh, firm sweet flesh and moist. With no sauce to mask any imperfections we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the crabs. Delivery was also spot on. We will be returning for sure. :)

Ordered 2 800-900g crab. Total weight of cooked crab around 1.6kg. which is good considering it has to be gutted and cooked. Meat is fresh and firm. Will buy again.

Ordered 2 sets of double happiness, one for chilli and the other for black pepper. Both tastes good, fresh and dense. But size of pepper crabs are smaller, and somehow felt a little 'injustice' as i paid the same price. Overall, no complain about the quality

Big claws and very fresh and sweet. The shell has no roe though. It will be helpful if they can help to crack the claws a bit more. Sauce is just nice, a bit sweet, a bit spicy. Wil be back for sure!

Bought this as a surprise meal for my friend, I placed my order at 3pm and chose delivery timing of 6-7pm on the same day. My friend got it at around 6.30pm (yay!) and the serving was generous (got a video call)! She said it was very good and filling :) will be ordering this again for my family!!

Looks like your QA was not alert today. Both 1 kg crabs' pincers were half hollow and not full like in previous orders. Chili sauce was watery soup instead of thick gravy. Hope next order will be up to Kaixin's usual standard.

1st time ordering. Crabs are fresh and meaty. The spiciness of black pepper is just spicy enough to be not too spicy but still shiok. It would have been even tastier if it came warm/hot, and do prepare some form of crab cracking devices as not all pincers are fully cracked.

Ordered 1 for 1 crabs, cereal prawns and gong bao chicken. Portion of the regular crabs and prawns were right, 500-600g and ard 9 prawns respectively. Both seafood were fresh. Unfortunately, Gong Bao chicken wasn't as flavourful. Only taste of dried chili. Recommend buying the seafood items.
